This new system utilizes an interior rearview mirror to display a 4.3" LCD Monitor when the vehicle is in reverse operation. This monitor allows the driver to see behind the vehicle, and once the vehicle is shifted to all other modes of vehicle operation a normal mirror view appears.
Rosco’s rear view license plate camera gives the driver a 180 degree wide and clear views of what's behind the vehicle, allowing the driver to back up safely in all weather conditions. Fields of view this wide generally result in a distorted “fish-eye” output on the monitor, but Rosco cameras have digital correction technology to correct the image and portray it properly. The convenient and simple design affixes over your existing rear license plate, permitting the camera to be installed on the existing license plate holes of the vehicle. Perfect for Mini Vans, SUV's, Sedans, pick-up trucks and more. . The system is weather proof with a IP67 rating, shock resistant, comes with a one (1) year warranty, and complies with latest NHTSA 49 CFR Parts 571 & 585 (RIN 2127-AK43) when installed properly.
