Dual Variable-Speed Control

Enhanced dual variable-speed control allows you to precisely match material delivery and spread patterns to conditions. Four standard accessory buttons and a dedicated blast button provide optimum in-cab efficiency. Easy-to-understand, digital self-diagnostics alert the operator when the hopper is empty or when adjustments are needed. LEDs make the control easy to read. Its compact size fits easily into today’s modern truck cab designs.

Accessory Hub The POLY-CASTER™ hopper spreader features an enclosed accessory hub for easy plug-n-play installation. Accessories automatically integrate with the hopper control without having to run additional wires from the front of the truck.

	FLEET FLEX Electrical System The FLEET FLEX electrical system provides true fleet interchangeability which means the electric hopper spreaders with FLEET FLEX are interchangeable, using the same wiring and controls.

New Standard Features

Accessory Hub - Conveniently connect accessories directly into the hub mounted on the back of the hopper, without haivng to run additional wires to the front of the truck.
Rear Dump Buttons - Located at the rear of the hopper, two dump buttons run the conveyor for easily unloading excess material or quickly filling up a walk-behind or tailgate spreader.
Work Light Button - Also located at the rear of the hopper, this button lights the area at the rear of the spreader for better visibility when operating the dump buttons or working at the back of the hopper.
Easy Electrical Chute Disconnect - Conveniently access the electrical disconnect so you can easily remove the chute.

Dual Electric Motors Two instant-start, 12-volt electric motors provide quiet, reliable and independent control over the conveyor and spinner mechanisms. The spinner motor is sealed inside a weather-resistant housing.

	Dual Variable-Speed Control The proven pintle chain conveyor delivers reliable, smooth, consistent material flow. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel conveyor housing provides added strength and rigidity. The adjustable feed gate helps meter material flow to the discharge chute.

	One-Piece Poly Construction The POLY-CASTER™ salt and sand hopper spreader is available in three sizes - 7' 1.5 cu yd, 8' 1.8 cu yd and 8' 2.5 cu yd - and the thick double-walled polyethylene hopper body, with a stainless steel bottom sill, makes corrosion a thing of the past.

Two-Piece Poly Hopper Cover The two-piece poly hopper cover shields deicing material from the elements. The POLY-CASTER™ hopper spreader’s overlapping hopper design seals out moisture while molded water grooves direct runoff away from the hopper. Its domed shape increases hopper capacity. When opened, the covers form a spill guard to keep overflow material out of your truck.

	Drop Chute and Spinner Assembly Exclusive adjustable-height poly spinner/chute assembly accommodates both pickup truck and flatbed applications. It features a rust-proof high-performance 15½” poly spinner. The entire unit is easy to remove when not in use or for off-season storage.

Convenient Storage The entire unit stands on end, making removal from the truck easier and minimizing the space required for off-season storage. Support blocks (not shown) are required for off-season storage.
