Warranty

The Muncie aluminum or steel hydraulic oil reservoir is warranted for one year from the time it is first installed upon the equipment against any defect in material and workmanship that causes the reservoir to fail to hold oil which existed when sold by Muncie, according to the following provisions, subject to the requirements that the reservoir must be used only in accordance with catalog and package instructions. If the defective part is returned to Muncie with transportation prepaid, the defective part will be repaired or replaced, at Muncie’s election.
