The shoes are OEM and I'm sure they are fine. Zequip's customer service is exceptional! I have an older plow that needed a special shoe; I ordered the wrong model at first (totally my fault). Zequip promptly arranged a return and shipped the correct part: no questions; no delays; no fees. Super!
